Cart page keeps automatically forwarding to checkout page

    Please help. I cannot find where to disable our shopping cart from forwarding to the next page. It keeps going to the page. It’s alienating customers. I bought this licenses 3 times already and none of the other websites are doing this

    Thank you for purchasing and using our theme and for reaching out to us.

    We recommend that you navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and turn OFF the Advanced Layout. After saving the changes and clearing the browser cache, please check your site again. We believe this should resolve your issue.

    If the issue persists, we suggest that you try disabling the “addify cart and order restrictions” plugin and check back again. This should resolve your issue.

    I don’t have the addify and order restriction plugin? I also tried to disable Advanced Layout and it didn’t work.

    We would appreciate it if you could provide us with more information about the issue you are experiencing. If possible, we suggest creating a video of the issue and sharing it with us so that we can better understand the problem and provide you with an appropriate solution.

    We recommend using the https://www.loom.com/ screen recording tool to record your screen and upload it to their website. Please share the URL with us here.

    Additionally, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
