Blog pages image in breadcrumbs is not changing to featured image

Hi,

I have changed layout and the image is coming as background in the breadcrumbs but when I create new blog using that layout and add new image…its not taking the new image and showing the same old image….

please check and tell how to fix it

Try creating a new post and you will understand this/…
