Built-in Wishlist and Compare in Theme Options cannot open & Label text replaces other country text

    Hi :
    Please help me to solve the following two problems.
    1. Built-in Wishlist and Compare in Theme Options cannot open the “Left-Side settings”. Such as Private content area… link 1 、 2 & 3 .
    2. When I click on the header right function such as Account, Wishlist, Cart, etc., I can’t find the settings to change the displayed English characters to Chinese characters, even if I use Plug-in “Local translate”, I can’t change it, such as the link Such as Private content area… link 4, 5, 6 ,7,8 & 9.

    1. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    2. If you are using the Loco Translate plugin, you need to translate the strings in the XStore Core plugin.     I Try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) and clearing the cache of the browser and Web Site, and then checking again. But problem still exists。

    Thank you for your response. We would also like to request FTP access.

    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    About translation, please go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > edit translation, find and translate texts.
    Do not forget to select “Site Language” via Dashboard > Settings > General.

    Hi Tony :

    I would use Loco Translate. But what confuses me is that some “text” can be found in Loco Translate and can be successfully set to Chinese and successfully updated to Chinese on the website. But sometimes it cannot be updated, such as Link 1 & Link2.

    If I can’t succeed update to web site or find the “text” in Loco Translate , I will go to Xstore -> Theme Option … to see if there is a field to fill in Chinese instead of English. Sometimes it can be found in the content of the page, and I will directly modify it into Chinese. Sometimes it can be found in widgets, and I will directly modify it into Chinese.

    But Link 2 and so on . I can’t find a way to change it.

    1/ Mentioned by you strings come from XStore Core plugin, not from the XStore theme. Also, you need to change the site language, only after that translation will be applied. Please check the Private Content area.

    I’m really sorry, because today I found that all the settings of many products have disappeared, so I RESTORE the database and process, and even the account created yesterday is also missing. I have re-created account and password remain unchanged.

    Hello,

    We have encountered a problem with the sortable field type for the following options
    in Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Wishlist -> Table Content
    and Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Compare -> Table Content.

    We have not been able to determine the cause of this issue yet, so we would like to ask if any changes have been made to the WordPress files?
    We have found the following code in wp-config.php:

    @include_once(‘/var/lib/sec/wp-settings-pre.php’); // Added by SiteGround WordPress management system
    @include_once(‘/var/lib/sec/wp-settings.php’); // Added by SiteGround WordPress management system.

    This does not seem to affect the options, but it is possible that some code has been added or modified elsewhere in WordPress.

    Thank you for your great support.
    At the beginning, the installation of WordPress, Woodcommerce, and Xstore were all successfully completed, and there was no problem in setting up Wishlist & Compare at the beginning, and they could all be executed normally.
    It’s just that I can’t find the fields that can be set in “Xstore Options” when I think of replacing English texts with Chinese texts. So I started to use “Loco Translate”, but it was not smooth at the beginning, and finally I realized that I used the wrong theme with “Loco Translate” and set it to “XStore”. After Tony explained, I realized that it must be set to “Xstore Core” to be correct.
    I have been setting various functions of Wishlist & Compare, and suddenly Wishlist & Compare cannot be loaded.
    I didn’t modify any programs, just set parameters in the background management interface of “WordPress”, “Woocommerce”, and “Xstore”.

    In addition, I have some questions for you
    1. When logging in to the account, I have been unable to replace the string of English words “Username or email *” with other languages. When I use Loco translate.
    Such as Private content area.. Link: 1 & 2

    2. When the order was completed, the corresponding text could not be found in “Loco Translate”.
    Such as Private content area.. Link: 3 、 4

    3. Can the function buttons change color?
    3.1 MINI-Login Account DROPDOWN -> “Login” button. => Link 6
    3.2 MINI-WISHLIST DROPDOWN -> “See Wishlist” button& “Add to Cat” button => Link 7
    3.3 MINI-Compare DROPDOWN -> “See Compare” button => Link 8

    3.6 Check Out -> “Order” button => Link 11
    4. How can I hide “sku” in single product page? => Link 12

    3/ You can change colors of buttons, via Theme Options > Styling.
    4/ In order to remove SKU from the single product page, please add the next code in Theme options > Theme custom CSS:
