Hi,
I can’t load files from worpress.
I also tried to give 777 permissions but the problem is still there.
The strange thing is that I was able to upload files without any problems.
can you help me?
Hello, Alberto,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
This question is unrelated to the theme activated on your site. you need to contact your hosting provider to get assistance with this.

I have already contacted the provider and there are no error permissions. They also put the permissions at 777 to prove but the error from the site continues to exist.
As I said before, this problem came later. I installed it and uploaded the media. I don’t know why it gave me this error. Sure it doesn’t depend on some update?
Hello, Alberto,
“I can’t load files from worpress.” – please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
We need to find out if the situation is caused by XStore or by something else.
“Sure it doesn’t depend on some update?” – our theme update should not cause this problem.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
ok thaks for reply
I fixed it. it was not a Server issue but a wordpress setup. Although I don’t understand why it was so.
I write as I did so maybe it is useful to others:
I have removed the save path set to SETTINGS –> MEDIA leaving the field empty making it take the default value.
thanks for reply
