Image gallery style on variable product - by Layer0

hello,
I would like to keep the 2 product images with defined layout, example (simple product – link 1):

also for variable products (sizes), e.g.:
(link 2)

but after a few seconds of uploading, only a single large image appears.

like your demo (wtith different gallery layout) for example

where am i wrong?

hello,
I would have chosen this type

but I only see it for a few seconds while it loads

then the thumbnails disappear and i have this result:

I don’t understand if there is some setting that goes against this choice

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
Please let us know the result of this test.
