My newsletter pop-up is not working. What is the best settings for mobiles?

1. unfortunately my newsletter pop-up is not working.

Here are my settings:

What am I doing wrong?

2. since most of the customers visit the stores via mobile devices, I would like to know the best way to configure a newsletter pop-up on mobile devices. Can you help me with this?

1/ Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area.
As we can see, the Newsletter works fine on your site. Please clear cache and check it one more time, or try to check from an incognito browser window.

2/ Edit static block content using Elementor. If you can’t configure something, please describe the request in more detail + provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
