Please tell me what to do if after updating the theme the translation by language disappears? I backed up and reverted the settings back. But for the future, I want to know what to do so that the translation does not disappear. Thank you.

    Hello, Seoanalitik24,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder,
with correct names, for example, for XStore theme: xstore-tr_TR.po, and xstore-core-tr_TR.po for XStore Core plugin, then you will not lose translation after the update – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

! Thank you followed our instructions and after the update the translation remained unscathed!

    1) There is one more question. Some strings are not translated for empty cart and wish list. I found these lines in Xstore and XStore Core subject line translations, but the translation is not displayed. There were no problems with the translation of the rest of the lines, only with these inscriptions in an empty box and a wish list. Screenshot from the link:

Perhaps you can tell me where to translate these lines. Thank you!

Thanks, I found these settings. The main question is how to make these text in an empty cart and wish list, in different languages ?

If change these text in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart > Empty Cart > the Text changes for all languages. As I wrote above Loco translate does not change these lines.

    Thank you

    Hello, Seoanalitik24,

What multilanguage plugin do you use?

Loco translate plugin is used for only a single language, If you want to use your site in a multilanguage, then you have to use WPML or Polylang plugin as per your requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/

I use Poly lang pro and Poly Lang for woocomerce and everything translates fine, but the text in the empty wish list and cart does not translate.

    Hello, Seoanalitik24,

Translation of the empty cart should be available in the string translator. Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access if it’s missing.

Thank you. Can you provide me with a video example or a screenshot of how to do this. I want to learn how to do it myself. I will make a dump of the site if something does not work out then I will give you this job. Thank you

    Hello, Seoanalitik24,

Due to the particularities of the Polylang plugin, the translation fields become active only after the corresponding option has been changed and saved. You simply need to change the values of the corresponding options and save the settings in the Customizer, after which you can change the values back to the default ones, so please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Built-In Wishlist > Empty Wishlist Content.

Thanks I will try your recommendations.
But now I checked and I don’t see the string “empty_cart_content” as in your screenshot. Can I add a line in manual mode ? Or change the translation this string through the code in “Theme file editor”

    Thank you!

    Hello, Seoanalitik24,

Please do for the cart the same we described for the Wishlist. Please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart > Empty Cart > edit any letter in the Content field > Publish. Then go to Polylang plugin > translations and you will find the empty_cart_content.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you. There is one more question. I can’t find where to translate the strings and buttons in contacts and newsletter. In the screenshot I have highlighted the necessary objects.
