at which point do I have to translate the menu items of the mobile menu?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please check the transition of mentioned strings for the XStore Core plugin.

Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile Menu > Additional Tab Title.

Then clear all cache and check the result.
