I was creating a test category page for my e-commerce site using the Elementor editor. But when I click on preview changes it loses all of the formatting and some style related changes.
All the changes work and appear fine during editing, even the mobile preview, but when I go to the actual site (by either using preview or directly visiting the site), it doesn’t respect the formatting.
Moreover, I have tried all the solutions related to caching, even flushing the cache from my hosting dashboard. But no luck.

You can also visit this page from dashboard and from preview to get a better idea.
Hello, @mahyar,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. To ensure the changes take effect, please clear your browser cache and revisit your site. Additionally, we have selected the CSS Print Method as “Internal Embedding” from Elementor > Settings > Advanced, as shown in the attached image. https://imgur.com/H6uiTn5
We have created a video for you to view for reference. Please take the time to watch it in its entirety. The video URL can be found in the private content area.

Hi @Tony Rodriguez,
Thank you very much for looking into the issue and for such a swift response. I have checked the site and the issue is in fact resolved.
Before closing the issue, I would like to ask a question. Why the change that you made solved this issue? because I was testing about two days ago with a different demo theme and that time it was working fine. Is this Internal Embeddings related to the formatting stored with XStore’s own elements. And what to do if I face the css issues again (not directly related to this one but other variations), is there any guide?
sry, if I am asking a lot of questions. I am a programmer myself, not directly in the field of Web Development but has always had the interest for learning.
Again, Thank you very much. Honestly, I didn’t expect this level of support when I purchased the theme. I might extend the support to 12 months now.. xd
Best,
P.S: Removing the temp user I had created.
Hello, @mahyar,
The change you made by selecting the “Internal Embedding” option for CSS Print Method in Elementor’s settings likely solved the issue because it altered the way CSS stylesheets are loaded and applied to your website.
When you select “Internal Embedding,” Elementor will generate and embed the CSS code directly into the HTML output of your website. This ensures that the CSS styles are applied consistently across different themes and templates, including those provided by XStore.
It’s worth noting that different themes and plugins may handle CSS formatting and loading in different ways. In the case of XStore, it’s own elements have specific CSS formatting requirements or overrides. By using the “Internal Embedding” method, you ensure that any custom or theme-specific CSS rules are properly applied.
We hope this information helps.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
Thanks @Tony Rodriguez.
