We have problems trying to show bank transfer indications with Xstore Email Builder.
We need something like Woocommerce native emails:
We tried work with hooks, as Email Builder can do:
and
Can you help us with that issue?
Thanks again.
Hello @desgest,
We suggest using the Hook element “woocommerce_email_before_order_table” to display the information shown in the attached image: https://gyazo.com/cd5b10e226feaa42534f19238e1ef1e2
Please be aware that there are two different templates on your site: one for the admin email and one for the customer email. Please ensure that the customer email includes the hook mentioned in the link https://prnt.sc/1ho5ds7.
Please make sure that the hook is added to the email you need and the email you check.
We thank you for your cooperation and remain at your disposal.

In emails, neither:
We have disabled as many plugins as possible:

For now, we are stuck at this point. Any idea?
Thanks again for your great support.
Hi Tony,
We solved that issue. We were putting the hook in wrong template.
We must put hook in WAITING ORDER template. Not in PROCESSING ORDER.
Maybe it can help for future forum users.
Solved!
Thanks again for your support!
Hello @desgest,
We would like to thank you for your hard work in resolving the issue. It was indeed the correct solution to place the hook in the WAITING ORDER template instead of the PROCESSING ORDER template. We appreciate you sharing the screenshot as it may be of assistance to other users on the forum in the future. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your support.
Best Regards,
