Not able to translate the languages from chinese to english

Hi, I try to translate the language from chinese to english but not able to do it, even the WPML technical have tried still not able to translate… is there anything I can do for this ?

1/ String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens > find theme_mods_xstore-child > promo_text_package > https://prnt.sc/ITyMlSiBr2Y8 > Apply. Translate these strings via String Translation – https://prnt.sc/FfnrSEVoepj_

2/ WPML > Theme and plugins localization > XStore > Scan selected themes for strings. Then go to String Translation and find this text https://imgbb.com/1mPYkHJ

Thank you for your response.

1/ Your site language is English (Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language) so in Theme Options you enter the English text and then via String Translation you add a translation for your second language.
Another solution can be using Multiple headers: Header Builder > Multiple headers > create a custom header and in conditions set it for all pages of a particular language and change texts in settings for that header.

As we can see, you have a custom header for Home and English – https://prnt.sc/noai287jwOaR , but the text is not English there entered – https://prnt.sc/6tOEoodeRY2S , please check and fix it there.

2/ We would recommend you contact the support of WPML.

Hi, I have tried but the issue not fixed. Before I find you all I have find WPML technical, is also hard for them identified. Can help on this ?
