Fatral Error Caused by X store – Cannot log into the admin dashboard

Fatal error has occured on our site. We cannot log into the admin panel. Forcing us to use recovery mode. Please advise

Are you referring to these? Latest version 9.1.11 / Core plugin 5.1.11

Is it possible to deactivate/delete the plugin while in recovery mode in wordpress, then reinstall these files? Or must this be done via FTP?

Yes, please update the theme to 9.1.11 version and Core plugin to 5.1.11v.

You can try to update the theme and plugin in recovery mode, if this doesn’t work, do the update via FTP (a video tutorial is provided in our docs).
