Hi team,
I’ve changed my theme from Konte to Xstore. Now, I’m importing dark demo but getting error. And, complete demo is not importing. Please help, how can i do without hurting SEO…currently, I’m working at staging.
Hello, Alyvalco,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
As we can see, the XStore Core plugin (the required one) is disabled on your site, but a lot of 3rd party plugins are activated, for example, Kirki Customizer Framework, that we would recommend disabling. This situation can be the reason for the problem with the import.
We would recommend you disable all 3rd party plugins before running the import, here you can find a list of required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
As a result of the import new content will be added to your site: products, static blocks, posts, menus and so on. If you do not want them all, you can select what to import https://gyazo.com/472048d19f678c805856db80a6d325b1 Or do not run the importer at all, but enable Dark mode via Theme Options > Styling/Colors.
As we can see, content on your Home page was created using Elementor, but our Dark demo version was created using WPBakey https://prnt.sc/dv8wQMr5Uwkc We do not recommend using 2 page builders at the same time on site.
Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/ Our XStore Studion allows to import sections from different demos.
We hope this information is helpful.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
