Hi
Struggling to open tabs to amend them for a specific product layout.
Can you see private for details – thanks for any help.
Hello, Niddy,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Is the issue only present when using the specified template for a single product page? Would creating a new template resolve the issue?
Try to temporarily disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
Please provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Kind Regards,

Hi
It is affecting all tabs on all templates – this is a new template, literally created just before I started this topic so it is a js error of some sort by the looks of it…
It’s not a plug-in conflict as it’s been fine for months – even after your last update it was fine. Seems to have just occurred.
I have added FTP in private – as always, please don’t share anything viaible publicly and keep it private – thanks again.
Hello, Niddy,
Thank you for your response.
We will have another specialist review your inquiry in greater detail and will be in touch with you.
Please be patient and do not change access.
Kind Regards,

Hello, Niddy,
Thank you for your inquiry.
We have developed and installed the following patch “#91114013” for you, the details of which can be seen in the screenshot below.

Unfortunately, this will only resolve the issue for new multiple templates. Templates created between July 19, 2023 and July 29, 2023 will need to be recreated.
Kind Regards,
