    For example: if you select a range of prices it does not show that specific category of products. Please fix this from your end. I hope it’s a theme issue.

    last time I raised the same complaint but you told me I have used another 3rd party plugin that’s why you told me you can’t. But this time I will request you fix the issues by using your own filter options. Somehow we need to fix this anyway.
    We don’t want to hear any excuses as we have paid for your Number #1 theme.

    Thanks for your clarification. But I will request you to fix the issue in the new gifts page, not the demo one which we got with the theme by default.
    And your theme is fully compatible with Elementor as you showed on Themeforest so why you are suggesting me to remove the Elementor Pro? That’s funny. Because many of the sections are designed by elementor pro.

    and you have just given your suggestions or solutions on the demo shop page which we are not using anymore.
    So please fix the filtering issues in the new gift (shop) page and let me know your feedback Please.

    Thank you for your response.

    We provide support for our theme only and we explained that there is no bug in our theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/
    We are compatible with Elementor Pro, but this plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins . Also, you are using other 3rd party plugins on the site, and a bit more deep test is needed to find out how they affect the functionality on the site and which of them causes problems.

    Our answer doesn’t mean that the problem is caused by Elementor Pro (we are ready to help with questions related to the compatibility of our theme with Elementor Pro), it means: “We’ve disabled some of the 3rd party plugins on your site and all works fine without them.”
    You can check by yourself further, for example, Elementor Pro is activated on your site, we disable only Product Filter for WooCommerce and WP Categories Widget plugins (not the official woocommerce plugin), and our filters work fine – https://prnt.sc/Jc-IxzRzg-K7
    Next situation, only ShopLentor – WooCommerce Builder for Elementor & Gutenberg plugin is disabled, as a result no products on the Shop page so the search can’t be tested.

    We understand that you ask us to add compatibility with all 3rd party plugins that you installed on the site, but it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    We always do our best to help our customers, and even can help add compatibility with a 3rd party plugin (it is out of our basic support scope), but in your case, it is not 1 plugin and you continue to reiterate that the issue is within the theme and that we must do things that are outside of our support scope. We feel that the time and effort we have to put in may be met with negativity from your side, unfortunately. Therefore, we have once again explained the situation to you and we will continue to act according to our support policy which you had the opportunity to read prior to purchasing the theme. Otherwise, it would be unfair to our other customers.

    If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you with questions related to our theme and plugins which comes bundled.

    Try to contact support plugins, maybe they will assist you. In another case, you will need to hire a developer who will sort out the effect of 3rd party plugins and will be able to create compatibility between plugins together and the theme.

    Thanks for your Response Sir,
    I never meant to refund. I know it’s a good theme I had worked with this theme several times. I have a few more corrections that we really need help from. Please see the loom short video where I explained everything and it will really help you to understand what we want actually now.

    We’ve changed next settings:
    – Theme Options > WooComerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Products Per Page > 24;
    – Theme Options > WooComerce > Shop > Shop page layout > View Mode > Grid/List;
    – Theme Options > WooComerce > Shop > Design products > Product Content Elements;

    Please check the result and let us know what else assistance is needed.

    I am sorry to add more support lists. As I explained in my short video how I want to display the products on my website.
    Note. I just need to show the products on the Archive page without the title and description but not in the single product mode. I mean whenever someone clicks a product from the archive page which is the gift page it should come with all details like title descriptions etc whatever the product contains.

    if you check home page products you will see the perfect example of that. You can take the home page products as an example.

    Note: can you please remove the recently viewed products without the title and description?

    1/ This filter https://prnt.sc/vxLHoYEHqd5O comes from WooCommerce and should be independent of our theme. To confirm it, we asked you to check how it works when the Storefront theme is activated.
    If you want to fix or remove options from there, you need to contact WooCommerce support.

    2/ To remove this icon https://prnt.sc/0S9kPYWhJeyq , please go to Theme Options > WooComerce > Shop > Shop page layout > View Mode > Grid.

    I have only a few pages, but why is it showing 30 pages and a few times ago it was showing 2056 pages? That’s very wired. will you please check and fix this?

    Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too).

    If the result is independent of the activated theme, contact support of NitroPack support.

    Hello There, I have got a silly issue whenever I am browsing the website I can’t click the About Us menu. I mean it’s not working. but from the desktop version, The ABOUT US page is working. will you fix this for me?
