How can i stop flashing red dot on mobile panel

hi how do i stop the red dot flashing in the mobile panel. please see image below:

If you would like to disable the flashing red dot in the mobile panel, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Mobile Panel > Sections > More toggle > Uncheck Animation dot options and publish the changes.
