Hi :
When using the “Built-in Email Builder”, which is being edited, to send a test E-Mail, the E-Mail can be received normally. But when I checked out an order, neither the “New Order” nor the customer’s order notification order E-mail was received.

Please do the next tests:
– check if the problem persists when our email builder is disabled;
– check if the problem persists when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated;

Hi Tony :
I must have done something stupid.
When setting Woodcommerce’s Mail Sender, I filled in Domain Nmae and the website is not the same cause.
When using the test letter, the system will automatically bring up a fake account, but it is the same Domain Nmae as the website, so it can be sent normally.
