Hi I have tried everything but the filter and sort option of the theme isn’t working, kindly visit the website mentioned in the private content area and let us know if we are doing something wrong, we have not put up proper setting or is there an issue at theme’s end post the last update. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest as we want to go live post that.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Artibdfl,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Do you mean this filter – https://gyazo.com/b75a4191a1144658a899e941c1196a7f ?

Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too. Our XStore Core plugin can be disabled also to make this test more clear).

If the situation is independent of the theme, try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
