Hi,
I am moving the element into another row. But everytime i click and hold the element, it will have some weird distortion coming out.
Please have a look at the screenshot.
I already using the latest 1.5.2 version.
The same thing is happening to me, even tried a different server and different browser. You can’t drag elements anywhere, it just makes the page really long, extends the container they’re in, and freezes the page on the crosshair cursor.
Hello @zouking,
You use old version of Royal theme. In Appearance->Themes I see you have 2 themes (1.3 and 1.1). You need delete one of them and update last to the latest version.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
Also you use many old plugins: Essential Grid, Revolution Slider, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, WooCommerce, WPBakery Visual Composer. Please update.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Robert Hall.

Hi there.
I’m having the same problem. I’m using Legenda 2.5, and have updated all plugins including Visual Composer, but still getting this distortion issue as described above. Can you suggest anything? I can’t drag and drop elements at all using VC, it’s making development very difficult.
Thanks.
Hello @Simon Benjamin,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.
Thank you.
