Blank Page / White Page after editing posts / product

Hi Guys.
after installing the theme.
When ever i go to edit a woocommerce product, post or page i receive a blank / white page after.

I believe the page its self does update, but does not load straight away with out pressing the back button to refresh.

I contact you on the theme forest forum, and have now registered here in the forums.

Please let me know what details you need to investigate this issue.

Your pages and products are opened for editing. Sorry, but we couldn’t replicate the same issue.
Could you please show a sceenshot what exactly you’re trying to edit?

hi there.
please see the following links where i have provided screen shots and a quick description to the problems im occurring.

Step 1: https://adultsexstore.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/step1.png
Notes: Products are selected as normal. I go to make a bulk edit and add those products to a “Brand”. In this case Fleshlgiht is the brand.

Step 2: https://adultsexstore.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/step2.png
Notes: Once everything is ready, i proceed to press Update to complete my bulk edits.

Step 3: https://adultsexstore.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/step3.png
Notes: As soon as i press update, the following page shows a blank / white page. and nothing loads at all. I can not press refresh.
Only way i can proceed is by pressing the back button. No edits i made on the previous page were saved.

please advise and how to fix this problem.

Further notes: my previous themes i have used where themes by “woothemes” (Canvas) where i had no issues at all. This has only occurred since installing the Royal theme.

The problem with blank page persists with default WordPress theme too, so this is not related to our theme. You’d rather contact WordPress support concerning this issue.

hi there
can you please be a bit more specific to the problem.
as this has only occurred since installing your theme.
if that is not the problem, what error did you find in the “default wordpress theme”? which by the way are all deleted now. and problem is still there.

so please advise further.

Hello,

The problem isn’t with the theme but with WordPress as products can’t be edited with default WordPress theme too.
You can try these suggestions:

ok so i checked all the plugins.
so if this happens again with anyone on your theme. it was an issue with Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. after updating to latest version it appears to have fixed the problems.

so maybe make a note in the archives to download all updates to plugins to run the theme
