We would recommend you update WPBakery and Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
If the update doesn’t solve the problem, try to disable all 3rd party plugins to be sure that a conflict between plugins is not the reason for the problem.

The link doesn’t show how to update the Massive Addons.
Also, I have tried so many times to update WPBakery from 6.1.1 to 7 but it doesn’t work. I use XStore Plugins Installer to update WPBakery.

Thank you for your response.
Please download both plugins from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.
Do this for both plugins, please.

I manually updated WPBakery and Massive Addons to the latest version, but still, the popup window is now showing correctly.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
2/ Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check).

Hi Rose,
Disabling the plugins is not an option in this store. there 40+ active plugin, all crutual to the functionality of site.
Activating the official Woocommerce Storefront theme didn’t solve the problem, and the Massive addon doesn’t show presets correctly.

I need to express how upset I’m with the responses I’m getting.
I need someone to debug and resolve the issue instead of asking me to go back and forth to make changes that may not solve the problem.
I just noticed the whole website looks messy with additional lines and borders. It seems this happened after I updated the WPBakery base on your suggestion.
Considering the local time difference, I would be thankful if you take this case as urgent and make things right as they are supposed to be.

We’ve removed borders in the header by re-saving Theme Options > Header builder settings.
We asked you to temporarily disable plugins to find out if the problem is caused by one of the 3rd-party plugins. We are not developers of Massive plugin, but we want to help you.
