How can we add languages and put a section to choose them?

Hello,

how can we add more languages to the website?
and how can we put an option to select from them, most websites have an option on the top right section with the option to choose the language/image of a flag to tell the country etc.

If you want to create a multilanguage site you need a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ Support of the plugin should guide you. The plugin will give a language switcher widget also.
WPML is paid, https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/

“If you want to create a multilanguage site you need a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/” – in case you follow our suggestions and read the article you will find out that not all plugins are paid, you can use one of the free plugins (qTranslate(free), or Polylang(free with paid extra options). Loco translate can be used to translate the site to one language, it is independent of our theme and it is predefined behavior of the plugin).
