Plugin conflict Shop Vote Plugin rating request checkout thank you page

Hello everyone, I was troubleshooting all day today.

the following does not work…. I have the plugin shop vote active, which triggers a rating request via pop up window on the thank you page after purchase.

I have deactivated all plugins today…. and it still didn’t work.

Then i changed the theme and replaced it with twenty twenty three and it worked…

With both I only had these plugins active…
XStore Core “Mein theme”
WooCommerce PayPal Payments
WooCommerce
Mollie Payments for WooCommerce
Germanized für WooCommerce Pro
CTX Feed

twenty twenty three the set up works

Xstore i does not work – I have tried mother and child thme X store :((

I need help…. :(((

sorry..it’s probably quite different and not up to you. 😀

I also had problems with purchase tracking

I received this info from the plugin provider today and it will probably also be the problem with the rating request.

Hi,

I placed a test order and the problem is that you are using a custom thank you page (/dankeseite/) that does not mimic all the features of the default order received page.

There is no order ID in the URL and when GTM4WP asks WooCommerce weather this is the order received page, WooCommerce replies with “no, this is not” therefore no purchase data will be outputted.

You should use another tool to have a custom order received page or revert back to the default experience.
