MY site is loading slowly – on Chrome DevTools I see varoius admin-ajax.pnp pending

Hi,
first of all I like the theme very much.
I’ve installed the theme on a fresh wordpress installation and then I imported the demo cosmetics (no other plugins installed, just wordpress and the theme with his plugins)
I noticed that the site is globally not so fast and expecially in the Home page there are so many ajax loading for various seconds…
What’s wrong?
The site is on a VPS with 4core 4gb ram 80gb space and php 8.2.9, the server meets all the system requirements .

The page is the homepage,
I always have about 10 admin-ajax.php on pending statisfyed in about 10s

Ajax requests in the console are responsible for loading the content of the page. Each loader you see is loaded through an Ajax request. This is one of the ways to speed up the loading of the page. You can disable this in the element settings in the clicker as shown in the screenshot below: https://prnt.sc/uHnYYuulx4XY

The long loading process is caused by a long wait for a response from the server, which may be due to server settings or a large distance from the client to the server. In such a case, we recommend you disable Lazy Loading for elements and use a CDN.
