Not able to update XStore Core Plugin and also AMP plugins

Dear Team,

I’m trying to update XStore Core Plugin since a week but i got the following error whenever i try to update.

“Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Please rectify this issue asap.

And also i’m not able to install AMP and other plugins too.

for this information.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please follow the next steps:

– unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
– re-enter the purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

You may try to update the Xstore theme & Xstore Core Plugin after that and you should not face any issues.

Or do the update manually via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

Hi,

Thanks it works,
I’m facing another issue, when i try to update the new version of theme, i’m getting the following errors

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
