Hi,

How could I apply this features in the checkout page as well as customer address page ?

Please note that this process is entirely independent of our theme and the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin.

Depending on your specific requirements, you may need to install additional shipping method plugins.

WooCommerce provides some default shipping methods such as Flat Rates and Free Shipping – https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

A wide range of additional options are available as plugins. These can be found and installed from the WooCommerce market.
