How to change here is this logo whose link leads to https://xstore.8theme.com

How to change the green under the logo as well. I changed all the colors in the settings and in the home page, but I couldn’t find anywhere to change this color.

Maybe a custom header is used, and you need to edit it too. Go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit custom header for the Front page.
