When I go to theme options – the page /customize.php? not work good.

    I have the issue when try to open Theme Option and have problem with downloading a page /customize.php?
    Can give you video.
    Last version
    Updated all
    deactivated all plugins
    – nothing… menu opened and hide

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the problem on your site more deeply.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    1/ FTP access works, but the directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/kV__lej0vXeB Please check the destination folder of our user, or ask your hosting provider for help with this, we need access to your WP installation.
    2/ Please contact your hosting provider and ask error log, let us know what errors are detected.
