    Hi,
I want to see the active filters on the side bar (or if there is the possibility a “delete active filters” area) but it does not show. Can you help?

    Hello, @Inesita,

We appreciate your recent communication and the provision of your login details.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly request you revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.

To address your concern, we have incorporated the 8theme Active Product Filters in the Shop sidebar. You can locate this under the WordPress dashboard, by navigating to Appearance > Widgets. This action has effectively resolved the issue at hand.

For your convenience and better understanding, we have created a video detailing the entire process. We encourage you to watch it in its entirety in the private content area for reference.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello, @Inesita,

We understand that you have implemented the “Active Product Filter” widget in your shop sidebar, which displays only active filters. Additionally, we understand that you have used multiple filter widgets in the same sidebar.

Your main concern is why when you select the filter it shows in the active filter, but after selecting the product category and product tags it disappears. This is the default behavior, as the product categories and tags are not coming from the filter widget, but rather from a separate widget called “product categories and product tags”. The other filters are coming from the filter widget.

We kindly request you to submit your requirement to our developer’s team via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

We hope this clarifies the matter.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

And is there a way to reset the product categories and tags? If I select one category I can select another one but not reset them so that no specdific category is displayed.

Ok, I deleted the other filter widget and now I see it right. Is there a way to organize the hirarchy of the categories? Like the “Complements” and “Bossa” are parent categories and the other ones are subcategories. In the “none 8theme widget” you can do it .

And where it still does not work is if you choose “esport” or “simbols” inside the Col·leccions Tag then you are not able to get a whole product view unless you go back to the home page and load the shop again. That is not very user friendly, Is there a soluton?

    Hello, @Inesita,

“Is there a way to organize the hirarchy of the categories?” – there is no such option.
“In the “none 8theme widget” you can do it .” – because this is not a filter, just a list of categories.

About tags, the behavior of this widget is independent of our theme. You can contact the support of WooCommerce plugin directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Best regards,
