Issues in order:
1.) Built-in Email Builder. Edited several emails yesterday and today when enabled, it does not send any emails from the site.
2.) MultiVendorX plugin: I have a vendor that should be receiving a commission, but I don’t see where that commission is coming out of a transaction or where that vendor has sold a product.
I know I have multiple other issues, but still testing things.

1/ We kindly request you to verify whether emails can be dispatched when our builder is deactivated. If the issue continues to occur exclusively when our Builder is activated, we would appreciate it if you could provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. This will allow us to examine the situation more thoroughly.
2/ We advise you to initially reach out to the support team of the plugin. While XStore is compatible with MultiVendorX, inquiries regarding the functionality of the plugin should be directed to the authors of the plugin.

It looks like the problem is within your website and therefore, you will have to involve your developers to get your forms sending emails.

From the server side as you can see in the previous screenshot you have a daily limit of 150 emails and out of those you have sent 0.
At Kinsta, we utilize MailChannels for transactional email delivery. This means outgoing emails from your WordPress site are sent through MailChannels’ service.
I’d strongly recommend you investigate the issue with the plugin’s developers so they can help us understand what might the problem be.

I can verify that admin notification emails are working properly and are going through SendInBlue/Brevo our ESP for transactional emails.
Not receiving any customer notifications.
That said, none of the emails using the Email Builder are the ones we designed.
estou com o mesmo problema, os emails comuns do woocommerce estão sendo enviados e sendo construidos com o construtor de emails da xstore, porém os emails do plugin multivendor não aparecem no construtor de emails para serem personalizados.

We kindly request you to verify whether emails can be dispatched when our builder is deactivated (please temporarily disable our Email Builder and check how emails work then).
Let us know the result.
Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

I have only been able to generate administrative emails and no customer emails.

We kindly request you to verify and respond to the following query:
Are you experiencing any issues when our theme is not activated, but the Storefront theme is? We would appreciate it if you could provide a screenshot showing that default emails are being received by the customer.
Our developers will be able to start addressing your issue only after confirming that the problem is caused by our theme and not something else. This is why we continue to ask you to perform the aforementioned test.
