Theme is Not Fully Functional & Not Working Properly

I’m facing issues with this theme. I’ve made changes on backed but it doesn’t update on the front end. It happens with some blocks, widgets, menus etc not with the whole website. Moreover, the design has shown differently on different browser. Even on the Different tabs on just Google, I see different results.
I’ve never experience anything like this in free theme. Kindly find the solution for this.

Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

I did and few changes updated. I’ve still multiple concerns and these are mentioned below!

1. I added the categories menu images but these are not still updating?

2. On the home page, pre-footer grocery section sometimes shows and sometimes not (especially on home page)? Why it’s happening?

3.On home page, there’re 3 static blocks. I’ve renamed as Show All, New Arrivals, Hot Set Selling but on the Front end it’s still showing Gift Tabs and Recommendation? Why the names of the tab are not updating? Moreover, these tabs are not functional. I faced many difficulties in opening the tab? Why these’re not functional?

4. Last and the very import concern is about Theme Update. I want to know that update will not affect any feature or any small thing of the site. Will update doesn’t change the design, right?

Thank you for your response.

1, 2, 3/ Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

4/ If you want to make changes in theme files, do it via child theme. In this case, all will be fine after the update.
Also, we would recommend doing full backup before every update – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Your hosting provider can help you with regular backups for the site.
