Solve margins shop page and single product

Hi,
I have a problem with the margins of the store page and the individual product page. The products end up below the main header (so they don’t show well) and the texts are too stuck to the edges from mobile. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

We would like to guide you through the process of resolving your issue. Please follow the steps below:

1) Navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile > Header Overlap & Transparent. Once there, please turn it OFF and then click on ‘Publish’.

2) Next, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product Builder > Layout > Full Width. Here, you will need to turn it OFF and then click on ‘Publish’.
