How to adjust the home->blog page?………

I need to adjust the home->blog page, but when I opened page->blog, I found no place to make changes. How can I modify the content of home->blog?

Click on “page” -> “blog,” and when you view it through the default WordPress editor, you will see that the blog page is empty, as shown in https://ibb.co/yQ8W7Pv and https://ibb.co/BGB83GT

However, when I visit the homepage -> blog with chrome browser, what I see is https://ibb.co/GvXXLwW. I need to adjust the layout in https://ibb.co/GvXXLwW What should I do?

2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to Blog.
4. Choose Blog Layout.
5. Review and select the available options that best suit your needs.
