Thank you so much for creating the best theme. I was trying to install xstore on my site but it was not allowed I want to keep my existing products and woo-commerce settings the same could you please help me install it without losing any data

Only in case you edited files of the parent theme directly, you will lose these changes. In any case, create a full backup before the update.
Installing a new theme or latest version of the XStore should not inherently cause you to lose your existing WooCommerce products and settings, but there are some best practices you should follow to ensure a smooth transition without data loss:
1) Backup Your Website: Before making any major changes, it’s essential to back up your website. You can do this through your hosting provider’s control panel or by using a WordPress backup plugin like UpdraftPlus. This backup will be crucial if anything goes wrong during the theme installation.
2) Test on a Staging Site: If possible, set up a staging site, which is a copy of your website, to test the new theme without affecting your live site. This way, you can work out any issues before applying changes to your live site.

3) Download the latest theme version from – https://www.8theme.com/downloads Go to Dashboard > Themes > Add new > Upload theme > Choose file > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the theme will be updated on your site.
4) Review Your Website: After activating the XStore theme, thoroughly review your website to ensure that everything looks and functions as expected.
