Article images on the thank you page appear twice

Hi,
on the order completion page ( thank you page ) the item images appear twice and item name jumbled. Screen in private

Hello, @salmi,

We are delighted to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly request you to revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.

The root cause of the issue was identified as the Lazy Load function of the SG cache. We have rectified this by turning it OFF from the Speed Optimizer >> Media >> Lazy Load Media. For your reference, we have attached a screenshot of the process: https://postimg.cc/PpdjPVd5

Hello, simply disable the lazyload is not a lanagfristige solution, I need to be able to load the images faster, I do not understand the adjustment now. Please enlighten me. Thanks

Hello, @salmi,

We will try to explain it better:
this option of 3rd party plugin on your site – https://postimg.cc/PpdjPVd5 conflicts with something else, it can be an option of another plugin or an option in our theme, we are not sure, because as a rule there is no problem with it.
So, if you do not want to disable the Lazy Load Media option, contact support of the Speed Optimizer plugin and ask them to help you find out why activation of their option causes the problem.

We would recommend you to optimize images before uploading them to your media library – https://tinypng.com/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
We have our own Lazy loading in Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Image Loading Type, but it can be not what you are looking for, so it is better to optimize images at the start.
