Hi, there.
I’ve just bought Xstore and I’m builiding my own store, however, I’m having a lot of problems with the main design, since I’ve configured my theme to my liking, but when I try to check it in any browser, like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, even Edge, the design is not the same that in the editor at all, so I’m feeling a little bit frustrated. I’ve cleaned cookies and refresh pages every time I make a change, but it’s the same problem, the browsers show the design pretty different. Just now I’m having problems with the colors and the size of the boxes.
Is the any solution? Or is it just a temporal problem while the design is loaded correctly? Thank you.
Hello, @Aminadab Cruz,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1) Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin, we recommend temporarily disabling it.
We trust that this will rectify the issue you are currently experiencing.
2) If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.
We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.
If the issue still persist, Provide temporary wp-admin access via the private content area, so we can check the situation on your site more deeply.
Kind Regards,
8theme team.
