    Hello.
I created a multisite on agov.studio, installed theme XStore and activated the license. On the multisite subdomain test.agov.studio activated the theme as available for the entire network, but it does not work and requires a license.
What needs to be done to make the theme work on the entire multisite under one license?

    Hello, Justnow,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please read the next article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site and/or localhost, but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses. The further explanation you can get from ThemeForest support.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

With all due respect, but read my question again carefully.
Multisite is one project and you stated that the XStore theme, I quote, “works on a multisite like other themes.” That’s why I bought it.
Please don’t send me articles on licensing, I’ve known them inside and out for a long time. Please tell me what does it mean: “The XStore theme works on a multisite like other themes”? Technically, what does this look like and what was meant by multisite?

    Hello, Justnow,

    Multisite – https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/multisite/
XStore can be used on multisite, it doesn’t have a problem or restriction in work on multisite.

“but it does not work and requires a license” – a license is required to activate the theme. If your subdomains on multisite is 1 end project (what does it mean 1 project is described in Envato rules), you can use 1 purchase code to activate XStore on subdomains.

Please provide a screenshot of your problem via the private content area. Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello, Justnow,

    1. XStore can be utilized on one live and two staging sites.
    2. XStore can be activated on multisite, as it is technically possible.
    3. Consequently, you can activate it three times on a multisite, of which one will be live and two will be staging.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

Here is access to the admin panel of a multisite with super administrator rights so that you can see for yourself everything that interests you. I’m interested in why the theme doesn’t work on test.agov.studio

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Justnow,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

What exactly doesn’t work? We activated XStore Core plugin and registered the theme on test.agov.studio without any problem with the access you provided.

    Kind Regards,

The problem is that it is registered as a separate license on a subdomain. This does not mean that the theme works on a multisite.
If the theme is adapted to work on a multisite, this means that one license is needed, for example, for hundreds of subdomains within one multisite.

Can I now create 150 sites within a multisite on one license? Then this will mean that the XStore theme works on a multisite.
