Hi. Did anyone has a problem with high CPU usage ? Something on my website supported by the XStrore template generates CPU usage even when I am not doing anything on the website at that time. It looks like some major update is taking place or the script is looping in error. What can I do to diagnose the source of the problem? I have installed maybe 4-5 of my plugins. The rest are plugins recommended by the creator.

    Hello, Dotbros,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1. Please send screenshots where “Hosting shows faults in the page code”.
    2. Install Query Monitor and check its indicators.
    3. Also, review the system requirements – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
    4. Since you have performed an update, it is advisable to clear all caches + CDN.
    5. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

    We can’t connect to FTP:

    Error: Connection closed by server
Error: Could not connect to server

Please check it or ask your hosting provider for assistance.

    Kind Regards,

Login details are correct. I have checked them twice using TotalCMD. Try to swap the ftp address with IP

Did you finally logged on ? I hope so, because my site is running up over 20 seconds in incognito profile. What is so heavy ? Is this related to high CPU usage ? After you run Elementor plugin my site has 100% server’s CPU consumption. I’m not doing anything on it…

    Need urgent help :/

Thank you very much for the extensive information.
I noticed that SOMEONE was optimizing the site or changing the server settings, because at 6 am today all the previous CPU usage dropped to minimum values.
