1/ Yes, it is a pity. Could you record a video of your actions and problems when you try to answer in topic?
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

2/ Yes, it can’t be the dev currently, select Live and check if it allows you to activate.
