Shipping method is not working, please help on this

dear sir

good day to you!

I have installed a Weight Based Shipping plugin to add shipping fee based on weights. I have set up shipping zones and added the weight based shipping method as main shipping method for zones but the issue is that they don’t show on fron-end like on cart. The issue is not only related to weight based shipping method. Morever, other shipping methods don’t apply on cart page as well if we setup shipping fee ( like flat rate) and zones on backend.
I have also installed Xstore on second website and did the same process to add the shipping fee. Everything is ok there. Weight base shipping apply on cart page.
