Dear support,
I hope this message finds you well .. I am running into an issue that I was hoping to get your support on .. I have added a testimonials section at the bottom of my home page, and the testimonials consist of screenshots of conversations with our customers. On the desktop version, it works as intended .. However, when checking the home page on my phone, the photos extend all the way down and cover the footer .. Please advise on how I can resolve this issue …
Best Regards,
Muhamed
Hello, @Muhamed,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
1) We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the Testimonial photos extend over footer on phone screens only Please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Xstore.
2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to General/Layout.
4. Choose Mobile Optimization.
5. Turn it OFF.
6. Click on Publish.
After completing these steps, please clear your mobile browser cache and revisit your site to check if the problem has been resolved.

2) Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin, we recommend temporarily disabling it.
We trust that this will rectify the issue you are currently experiencing.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Hi Tony,
Thank you for your quick response .. I followed your instructions but the issue still persists
Hello, @Muhamed,
Thank you for your response.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi Tony,
I tried deactivating all 3rd party plugins but that also did not resolve the issue .. I am providing you with an admin access in the private content area as you requested .. Thank you in advance for your support …
Best Regards,
Muhamed
Hello, @Muhamed,
Thank you for providing us with the WP-admin login details.
We have reviewed your site and made changes to the testimonial gallery element using the Elementor editor. Despite publishing these changes, they are not visible on the front-end of your site. This issue is likely due to caching.
If the changes made in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is typically a caching problem. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.
We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins and flush server cache. Additionally, please clear your browser cache, and then check the site again.
