Issue
We are using XSTORE demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/grocery-market/ for our online store.
It is found that this demo theme of yours requires huge loading.Same is impacting our online store also.Our website needs huge loading with this demo theme imported.

We want to ensure that our website loads faster without any issue.We appreciate your assistance in resolving this issues.Please let me know if you need more details regarding this issue

It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header;

Our website’s loading speed is currently extreme slow. We’re using the XSTORE theme with the demo import (URL https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/grocery-market/.) and even with simply the demo content imported, the website’s loading speed remains slow. It’s important to note that we haven’t changed anything about the theme, and have already activated speed optimization options in the theme settings. Unfortunately, none of these changes have resulted in visible improvements.This is our development site and further optimisations cannot be done at this phase.

We have other websites on the same server, and those websites load smoothly after importing their corresponding demo themes. Thus, the problem is not with the server.

We are in the process of developing an online store with a large amount of products, and one major concern is the poor loading time. We kindly request your assistance in identifying and implementing solutions to enhance the website’s performance. If it is not possible to resolve the speed issues, we may need to explore the possibility of a refund. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

We’ve already suggested installing a cache plugin and CDN? Have you done this? Please do this first, then provide temporary wp-admin access, and we will check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
