How to delete everything from XStore in Elementor?

    Hi!
    I have uninstalled all demo content, category’s + delete XStore theme I WP
    But it still options left In Elementor meny when to create new pages. It still starts the XStore builder when I create a new blank template I Elementor.
    What to do? I can send screenshots if you like? Easyer to show what I mean.

    1) We appreciate your effort in providing the video illustrating the issue you are experiencing. If your intention is to completely remove all content from XStore in Elementor on your website, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Deactivate the XStore Theme. This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes on your dashboard.
    2. Deactivate the XStore core plugin. This can be found under Wp-dashboard > Plugins > Installed plugins.

    After completing these steps, please ensure to clear all cache before checking your site again.

    2) We recommend a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    I have done this:
    1. Deactivate the XStore Theme. This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes on your dashboard.
    2. Deactivate the XStore core plugin. This can be found under Wp-dashboard > Plugins > Installed plugins.
    3. After completing these steps, please ensure to clear all cache before checking your site again.

    But it still content left under Appearance.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We appreciate your prompt response. Upon reviewing your website, we have determined that our XStore Theme and XStore Core Plugin are not currently in use on your site.

    Additionally, we have made modifications to your homepage using Elementor. We noticed that there are no widgets present in the left sidebar panel from XStore.
