Les sections du theme mettent énormément de temps a charger

    Bonjour
    Je rencontre un soucis de chargement de site.
    Toute les section ajouter via le theme sont très paresseuse en terme de chargement et ralentissent le site.
    Pouvez vous rectifier ça svp
    J’ai essayer de télécharger la nouvelle version du theme et le plugin mais c’était pire, j’ai du rétrograder à l’antienne version.

    Je rencontre un autre soucis avec le footer qui ne s’affiche pas correctement . Pouvez vous régler le problème. merci pour votre suivi

    Regarding the issue with the footer, we kindly ask that you follow the steps provided to resolve the matter at your earliest convenience.

    1/ We would like to remind you to verify that your website is currently utilizing the most recent versions of XStore. Please ensure that you have updated to the latest version of the XStore theme, which is version 9.2.3, and the XStore Core plugin, which is version 5.2.3.

    2/ After the theme update, you need to clear all cache. Your problem may be caused by cache, please clear cache of plugin, server and cache of the browser.

    3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
