    Hello, @thibaultcomte,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

Could you please check how it works when Advanced cart/checkout Layout is disabled in Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout?

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme Team.

    Hello, @thibaultcomte,

    Thank you for your response

1/ We have checked your site and found that you are using XStore child theme on your site. Please activate the Xstore Parent theme on your site and check again the issue. Let us know the result.

2/ Regarding the server requirements, we kindly request that you reach out to your service provider and inquire if they could increase the maximum execution time and Max input vars: to 5000. https://imgur.com/QQuzQSx

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Additionally, We would like to inform you that the settings for Cross-Sell Products on the cart page can be located by navigating to Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart page. For your convenience, we have included an image as a visual reference. https://ibb.co/TLhpqdx

Furthermore, we have verified on our test site that this feature is functioning properly. It appears that the issue is isolated to your site. An image has been provided for your reference. https://ibb.co/LzR6vL0

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
