We appreciate your prompt response.

Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check the Shop page. Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Do you use the new Archive Builder with Elementor for the Shop page layout? If so, please be informed that the Off-Canvas feature for the sidebar is not available right now. This will be added within 2-3 weeks. We are currently working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes im using elementor so for now its not possible to show floating filters ?
