Hello, our ERP Which pushes all the products to the wocoomerce uses the brand plugin which is provided by woocommerce brands plugin,
when we activate the brand from xstore, then we get 2 brands in products menu, and even in items, so since we use erp to push the products syn automically to our site, we dont manually assign the brands to each products, its done by erp solution. erp support says they wont marry with any third party theme, but will marry which native woocommerce plugin.
they use the term in taxonomy product_brand, as seen in screenshot, I like to ask if I change the term the theme xstore which uses taxonomy brand, to change to product _ brand, and disable the plugin brand from wocoomerce, then I guess if erp pushes anything, it will fall into xstore brands? if so how to change the term of slug, or field or whatever it called
Hello, Shehzad Ghazi,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the integration of your ERP system with the XStore theme and WooCommerce Brands plugin.
Our brans option was created as a custom post type. For more detail check the following files:
et-core-plugin/app/controllers/post-types.php
et-core-plugin/config/post-type.php
Also, you can check the etheme_single_product_brands() function from xstore/framework/woo.php . Maybe it helps you.
You can disable our Brands via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Brands.
