Footer static block preview was perfect but show out in live was different

please refer the printscreen, the static block footer will only present normal for a few seconds after update anything

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you revisit your website after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.

For your information, we have disabled the ‘Static Block Cache’ and the ‘Remove Query Strings From Static Resources’ feature, which can be found under the following navigation path: Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
