XStore theme won’t update – encounter error when updating theme

    When attempting to update the xStore theme to version 9.2.4 it encounters an error and will not complete the update.

    Here’s what the error message is:

    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Since that update the theme is broken. I have not adjusted or altered anything after your intervention and support.

    Please check asap. All login details are still correct for you to access the backend.

    To clarify my recent message: the theme appeared broken yet I investigated further and it seems the caching plugin is an issue so I deactivated it. Mark this ticket as closed. Thanks
