Top header not working. Connection block got struck. unable to edit, delete or anything else

while i was trying to edit the top header the connection block could not be edited. kindly tell what to do

Hello, @rattnanjalee,

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.

To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lose settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.
